Shipping Timeline
We prepare and send out all orders within 1–2 working days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. After an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be edited or updated.

Delivery & Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, they take full responsibility for the delivery. Any questions, delays, or claims should be directed to them.
